Coming in here to berate those who are interested is bizarre.

Indeed.

Always strikes me as bizarre and incredibly narcissistic behaviour when people feel the need to join (and even worse start) a thread on a subject they have no interest in just to tell everyone they aren't interested. Imagine thinking your opinion is so important that you even need to tell everyone when you don't have an opinion on something...

Therefore, if there's a thread called "Corberan Watch", everyone will have to put up with opinions from both sides. Almost like a forum type set up.

Absolutely fine not to give a fuck, it's a completely valid position to take.

Coming on a thread called "Corberan Watch" just to ensure everyone knows you don't give a fuck is strange behaviour.

Agree with this 100%. Unbelievable that someone who recovered us from the depths of the Bruce era can be met with such bile as ''fuck him'' etc. He may have taken us as far as he could but he leaves with my thanks as the alternative scenario is just not worth contemplating.

This.

Some posts on here are akin to a jilted bloke stalking his ex (who is in a new relationship).  Watching games because our ex manager now manages them, is quite simply, insane.

I watch 2 or 3 La Liga games every week. Have done for 20yrs or more.

So up yours, turkey.

Have you thought about joining  a chess club?

Chess? Far too complicated for me. Huh

Or maybe some of us actually enjoy football and the things related to football?

+1

Some of us live in Spain, and therefore have a vested interest in a former manager of ours who is now leading one of the biggest sides in the division that are in the middle of a very tense relegation battle...

There used to be a bloke on here who wrote posts about his daily walks and made up interactions with models and charities... now that was dull.

Whatever happened to him?
Chess is simple. You go around aimlessly in circles until you find an opening. A bit like Corberan ball.

Trouble is, and now is a perfect example, often there are only one or two active threads so, you either get involved, or do something radical like work, or talk to the missus. Tas ever been thus  Big Grin

Now (27 January)

Played 21.   Won 3.  Drawn 7   Lost 11.  20 F.   36 A   -16 GD   Points 16.  Position 19th (out of 20)    Form.  D L D W L

Now effectively 7 points from safety.    They were 4 points from safety when he arrived.  He's had a couple of tough matches since then.
