Its already happened it just not been announced.
The Fax machine is busy so no documents can be. Processed.
Target date for formal confirmation is 01-04-2024.

Fortunately we aren’t relying on how Lai’s mind works. There’s an awful lot of investors in China for him to keep happy too

Alex Hearn on Friday told my cousin's colleague that he was celebrating because he bought West Brom.
