RE: Takeover - wba13 - 11-06-2023

From what’s been said David Hinchliffe has been to the last 3 games so I wonder how far down the line this Takeover really is.
Let’s all hope it happens. Sooner Lia’s gone the better.

Regarding the supposed leaked info, I'm taking no notice for the time being as if aforementioned lawyer is any good whatsoever, anyone involved or with any pertinent information will be under a pretty strict NDA. Still positive signs if this fella is in attendance, unless it's just Lai and Ken trying to fuck with us.

It says a lot about me but my first thought is what would that cost.....?

A fuck of a lot. And he's clearly been around for a while

Yep this fucker won't come cheap.

He's a scruffy git, from that picture, looks a bit like Danny Baker.

Spitting image of what i reckon all these financial spurts look like!

RE: Takeover - ColliersWoodBaggie - 11-06-2023

He's got big ears. I'll say that for him. He can probably hear me too.

What did you hire him at that price for?

Hunt is worth £2bn apparently...is this worth being owned by a C.Hunt? We have one of those now......

Hi all, haven't posted in a long time. Saw this and have heard whispers that something was going on but I doubt it'll be anyone of this ilk, not that I am in the know or anything.

Anyway, I presume it'll be Patrick Mahomes snr although only worth around $50mill.

As a side note, I wouldn't google Clark Hunt's daughter  Wink

Correct on all fronts. Particularly the last

I disappear for a day and some massive news emerges! Having read through this thread, I'm a bit confused, as the above post early on in the thread by CaptainFantastico suggests that it's not a consortium relating to Clarke Hunt, but he has continued to be linked throughout the thread. Is the bold text above not included in "correct on all fronts"?

That must already be more games than Lai has attended?! Big Grin

RE: Takeover - Lurker#3 - 11-07-2023

If Gracie Hunt is coming to be our Karen Brady. I might start going to games again...

I see everyone's favourite ITKer is playing the law of averages again. It must be true if Dood has spoken.

RE: Takeover - ColliersWoodBaggie - 11-07-2023

Rich said that he'd heard stuff about the American links a couple of weeks ago.

Even though I’ve had niggling dislike for the chiefs for a few years.

As a Chargers fan, I would be flayed if I switched allegiances to the Chiefs. Would be like me as a Baggie going to support the Wolves.

I understand the sentiment though.
