I know what you mean (although I've not played Hogwarts)... is there no option in the settings that allows you to inverse flight controls? Normally they do that, big oversight if not. (Google suggests inverse flight controls are an option on console and PC...)
My Daughter and grandchildren play this I’ve never heard them moan.
