.The fact that Deeney has been transfer-listed tells you there will no loan.
Deeney is out of contract in June 21 so they will be looking for a fee, which given his age and contract duration you would have thought would be nominal, the big saving is getting his £3.38m off the wagebill (c£2.4m for the remainder of the contract).

I think you’ll find Two domestic loans means two from any Domestic division.
