Went to that place when it was open under a different name in 2015 and the atmosphere in there was fucking horrible.
Even the door staff couldn’t keep one group under control, who were clearly out for trouble and nothing else. We left just as some more doormen and an Alsatian turned up from another venue to help out.

Far too many drug gangs around there. Last time I went out there I was shocked how many people came up to me and asked if I wanted any drugs. I’m not saying they are related to this incident but where drug dealers gather inevitably trouble and trouble makers gather to. Digbeth is great but becoming a victim of its own success.
