Banging headache and feel sick. Got in at 3am too so am totally knackered. I'm sure I'd be feeling better had we won but the defeat is making this particular hangover a bad one.

Got home at half one last night, was up again at 6.

I’m tired but not feeling too bad all things considered - I deliberately slowed the beers down when Italy equalised as it became pretty apparent at that point we weren’t going to win!

No. I only had 4-5 pints and as soon as the winning pen went in didn't have another sip. Just feel a bit tired today.
