Barnsley guy is worth a look, as was the last one they had. They are out there if only we had someone to look.

Looking forward to the meltdown about some bloke nobody had heard about when Fulham sign him

Is he? Poor career until last season.
People complaining about Pulis style will not be happy with him.

Valerien Ismael - overall 55% win ration seen as poor now?! 2 clubs where he had a combined 31 games that he dropped to about 30% wins. He won a group in the Europa league cup thingy too... a group with Sporting Lisbon and Eindhoven in it, then got through the round of 32 and knocked out by Man U ... with a no name Austrian outfit.
He certainly compares well against Wagner, but the style thing would definitely put me right off him.

Have they got the players to play that way?
Seems like a square peg in a round hole to me!

I know why Birdman compared him to Pulis, but I don't think it is a fair comparison.
Pulis football is slow and ponderous, whilst the Barnsley chap is high energy stuff but in an agricultural style.

Exactly... Barnsley last season were Leeds on speed... It's direct but I had no issue with it at all, defensively they were solid, got the ball into dangerous areas very quickly and pressed very high up the field... If he did that here I'd be well happy.

Agree. Also with all due respect to Barnsley, other than Mowatt, they largely had a team of hard working lower league players.
I wouldn't be against him coming. Quite why he would want to join us though is anyone's guess......
