I haven't looked but I can only imagine what fun our right wing press are having with this and I'm sure Patel was up bright and early with her statement.  Too easy really isn't it.
Not as bright and early as you with yours.
More crap we will have to pay for on the clean up etc thanks to a few unwashed who dont give a shit. I am done with this shit hole country and society. Nobody has any respect for anything anymore

Burnside was my favourite character.

The Director of our department looks like Burnside. He's a Chelsea fan, and doesn't read this forum, so hasn't contributed to the lookalike thread. Shame really, because it's a genuine lookalike too...

I worked with a Burnside lookalike years ago.

Been thinking. It was Reg Hollis in The Bill.

Holdsworth was Coronation Chicken Street.

This isn’t a pop at anyone, (certainly not Birdie), as I know on occasion I have wound people up but I do think consistency regardless of who the people involved are will be key to making this work.

You called me "Nigel".

I must admit it did and does make me titter when I think about that.

I did, I apologies BB  Sad

Interesting fact Farage is younger than Brad Pitt!

I'd bet a king size pot of Big Sam's favourite gravy that Patel was wading in well before i put in my two penneth on this dump.  I notice from the radio news just that the Police are very keen to differentiate between the daytime protests and evening trouble.  Can't imagine the Daily Heil is being quite so balanced.  You sees what you want to sees.

I know the bloke who owns and supplied all the vehicles for The Bill and he still has the Sierra that he takes to shows etc. He now has the contract for various production companies supplying Cars and drivers for the filming. He did episodes of The Crown recently. They pay a fortune to rent out his fleet.
Barely a week has passed since the police came under considerable criticism from all quarters for their handling of the Sarah vigil situation, and then this. You honestly couldn’t make it up; however if the aggressors’ intent was to hand both the advantage as well as a healthy dollop of public sympathy back to the powers that they oppose, job well done. What an utter mess.

Its great seeing those vehicles of my youth on the telly.

I loved this one:

Less than a week later my sympathy for Avon and Somerset police is entirely eroded.
