Snowing at the Hawthorns, game in doubt? What happened to the undersoil heating or has Lai turned it off to save a few £ ?
Heating probably on, but it wont melt snow immediately. It only keeps the soil temp just above freezing.
Dr John turned it off the day BFS was appointed. The budget alternative is using his gravy farts to clear it in one fell swoop
Dunno about that. They always used to say the pitch was fine but the snow around the ground made it unsafe for spectators!
Just been reading. Apparently it won't thaw snow, but will prevent it settling. Should be used constantly for 2 months in the winter at a cost of £1500 per day.
We should build a snowman a use him as our CDM. Would move more.

I'd be on standby with a industrial hairdryer for half that.

Anyone got Lai's number?

Can someone ask him what he's done with the bronze from Bomber's statue please ? Ta.
It will be on. It’s on BT.
I'm a tad disappointed that "Informer" isn't gonna be played over the Tannoy.
