Gibbs is a Premier League player but now injury prone. Townsend is a Championship level defender (at best) 

If we remain at our current level then both are fine. But we need better if we gain promotion. I’d keep Gibbs and move CT on. Along with Brunt, Edwards and Zohore

Zohore has 3 years left on a lucrative contract. He is going nowhere unless we pay him a substantial amount of money. He is looking like another Luke Moore.

Brunt is already going, and Gibbs will sit through his last 12 months.

Edwards has 12 months left. He was in discussions to extend, but I wouldn't have thought he is a major expense.
