What’s everyone doing this year now that the 14 day self isolation will soon no longer apply for overseas travel to certain countries.

I may go camping and fell walking in the lakes in September for a few days (once kids are all back at school) and dry weather is forecast.
Nothing.
7 of us and a dog going to a converted barn in Cromer Norfolk - August, also taking my Octogenarian father-in-law back to the place of his birth - Galway in Eire - October , dont fancy being too far away from home at present.
Im thinking of going on the chunnel to Normandy, not happy to be sat on a flight just yet.
A week in a holiday home in Norfolk mid August with the in-laws. And a couple of camping trips.
Might have a look at villas in Italy today. Clubcard vouchers for the Eurotunnel and drive down.

That’s a fair old slog of a drive, done it myself a couple of times, best to allow yourself 2 days and take your time
First one would already have happened by now: Mull, then Ardnamurchan peninsula, last week in May and first in June. Border closure and ferries being sequestered for essential trips only meant it was doomed from a long way out. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it.

Four weeks from yesterday we're due to be leaving for a fortnight in Rothiemurchus Forest (Cairngorms NP). That one is probably about 80:20 against as of now.

If we're all well enough to get to those places next year I'll take that.
Got a week in Devon booked the week after next
