Been in isolation for 14 days as the children were showing symptoms . Have to go back next week then they are shutting down from Monday April 6th for 2 weeks forcing everyone to use 2 weeks annual leave then onto the 80% scheme. I really don't want to go.

I work in a factory that makes beer coolers and chillers.
I'd rather have another week of statutory sick pay.

Sounds to me like you have a sore throat and runny nose phone 111 . Just joking but why are they making you take annual leave you don’t want, sounds like your firm is penny pinching. Why is this allowed.
