Why you need to wash your hands with soap for 20 seconds?

Has anyone explained why countries “deep clean” properties when someone who tested positive have been or why countries are spraying the streets?  This virus has to be living longer outside the body than they are making out.   And has anyone explained how China have got there new cases to just “imported” cases?  <—— There numbers must be total bollocks looking at Italy’s and Spain’s.

They went through our building at NATO here in Rome, cleansed everything, floors ceilings offices, top to bottom, i cant believe what im about to say,but, i would give anything
 to go back to work, i really hope we take the positive out of whats going on here, but to be true, human beings have very short minds and memories.

Yes it is. Take gloves and dettol spray with you - or use vinyl gloves at the petrol stations. Wash hands before entering the kitchen or other parts of the home you frequent.
