Oh so it turns out only 5 players and a few staff are self isolating. In that case the game should carry on, they're using it as an excuse.

About your first point, Olympiakos players were in contact with Marinakis on the same day as the Arsenal players (the 27th) and quite possibly at a later date, so why would they not be self-isolating rather than playing Wolves tomorrow?

Do you think any of the players/staff/officials in the below video might catch it? They've apparently all been tested and the results have come back negative:
