I think I will skip the anniversary party i'm not keen on Sherry or Werthers Originals

Explain why older people's views are somehow less valid than anyone else's.

They won't be the generations that deal with what happens after Brexit. If it all goes well then many baby boomers will be able to say at last that they did something collectively good for their kids and grand kids ;Wink

Btw try not to saddle up and get on that poor old pompous high horse of yours over this.

Probably easier to eat when you've lost your false teeth

It's a scientific fact that most peoples brains aren't completely wired until 25 - either you are under 25 or you should get checked to make sure your ageist crap isn't due to some other cause.

You won't be the one paying-back the debt Corbyn would have run-up.

Therefore your vote isn't valid, or is less valid, on your own criterion.

More hypocrisy. It's what you do best.

Do you actually think that older people didn't consider there kids and grandkids when they voted, they are the ones who originally voted to remain in the Common Market remember. Perhaps experience has changed their minds.

I don't have a high horse but if racism is not ok, religionism is not ok, then why is ageism. Plainly you believe in discrimination for certain reasons.

Racism - Fuck No
Religion - Fuck No
Ageism - Fuck yeah

I'm pretty sure if I live to a certain age I'm going to be old myself and if I do I will expect the generations that follow to blame me and my generation for the bad decisions we collectively made via the ballot box and our actions. They might even take the Mickey out of the music we listened to, the clothes we wore, and our outdated beliefs! This is what is supposed to happen, it's the natural order of things. I'd hope that I wouldn't / won't take myself sooo seriously as some on here of a certain age do at that point.  FFS Grow up  Wink

So it is how to denigrate some people's opinions, and votes, according to social characteristics?

How 'progressive'.

I'll defer to your apparent expertise on such sites.
