Stop the bus I want to get off
#1
Farron: " We voted for departure not destination." Tit.
If I'm at a  departure gate, about to board a plane, I know what it's destination is.  I am heartily sick of this blokes utter contempt for we, mere mortals, intelligence. Just because the majority of paying passengers wanted to get off his dirty great Leviathan and step aboard its sleek motor launch he thinks we are all imbeciles. Once and for all, we all knew what we were voting for.

Yes, I know I mixed my metaphors there but think how much more of a simpleton I'd be after partaking in all Mr. Farron's wacky backy.

No one knows what they were voting for if they voted out. To pretend otherwise is rubbish.

You may not have done, but everyone else did because it was made clear. Stop juxtaposing your own failure to comprehend what was at stake onto all leavers.

Why do you feel the need to think you're cleverer than everyone else who disagrees with you on here? Deep seated insecurities perhaps? How many times have you used the you're stupid argument? I assume you know everyone that voted out, the reasons they did and what they understood to happen when they did?

We've been paying for other people's rides. Good luck now you might have to pay your fair share of the fare.

From a paid up member of the generation that has stolen the UKs present youngsters aspirations, that is very rich indeed
Still, I'm alright Jack

I never said you're stupid I said you had a failure to comprehend. That could be for myriad reasons. Work, stress, holidays, otherwise busy, not interested, inter alia.

Your 'did you know every leave voter?' is a bit silly. I am not saying I know the motives of every leave voter.  I am simply saying it is false to say that the destination was not known, as the above links show.

However, you do not merely claim that the destination was not known. You go further and do a bit of telepathy with 'no one knows [sic.] what they were voting for'.

So did you know every leave voter, then, Derek?

Hoist, petard, own, etc.

At least I'm a paid up member not a free loader sponging off others.

Ask youngsters in Greece, Italy and Spain what the EU's done for their futures.
