The Prime Minister vs The National Trust
#1
Theresa May is upset about the National Trust and Cadbury's going against Christians by omitting the word Easter from the Chocolate Egg Hunt, despite the word Easter being plastered all over the event page, hollow Easter bunnies and Easter eggs from Cadbury's (official product name) being used and the fact that chocolate eggs, and even bunnies and eggs, have nothing to do with Christians.

Not as funny as the Archbishop of York saying that John Cadbury would be rolling in his grave, despite Cadbury being a Quaker and therefore not celebrating Easter.

Though I have to give the Telegraph credit. Using a picture of the offending material, where there is in fact no mention of the word Easter. What they don't say is that it is cut from a webpage of the advertisement whereby the word Easter is written no more than 3 times!

Good to know whoever is in charge of fact checking is good at their job.

Pity a few more of our politicians couldn't get just as worked up about Kraft closing the Cadbury Somerdale
plant and the 400 jobs that were lost ..

To be fair Cadbury's were already planning to close it. Kraft just lied about keeping it open.
