Expected to sign for Sociedad, however we have made him (and Sociedad) a better offer. Sociedad have left the decision to the player, and whilst he was close to signing for us, he’s probably going to Osasuna as their new manager managed him at Eibar and is credited for turning round his career.

Not over yet, but more likely to go to Pamplona.

He should consider any move to Pamplona very carefully rather than rush in like a bull in a China shop.

Rather we gave O'shea the chance to step up.

We only have Bartley and Semi for the next couple months, and whilst O’Shea May be ready to step-up, we look a little light should one of them take a knock. Also if Field goes out on loan, Semi becomes cover for MC too.

We have a very versatile set of defensive options, but Hegazi is still the only one with a decent pass on him, so can understand Bilic wanting an extra body if it’s a low cost signing.

I think Furlong will displace Ferguson soon.

He was fantastic at Forest, but he’s a young kid, with very little game experience. Don’t think we can expect him to maintain that kind of performance all season.
