Maybe every decision has to be taken to court to test the law and set precedent.

At least the lawyers are making a fortune

Comparing apples and pears.

The new narrative for Brexiteers is Boris the saviour of democracy cruelly picked upon by the sovereign parliament. The trouble with that narrative and it’s strength is rational people will think it’s complete bollocks and the irrational will lap it up. So no change there then!

It's such a shame that we have a Prime Minister that has openly stated that he'd be happy to break the law in order to do what he wants, and therefore the legality of his actions need to be checked in this way eh? It's like having a child running the country, a kid having to be babied in order to ensure the legality of his actions.

Luckily none of this will actually matter in the long term because he's going to come up with an amazing deal. Much better than Theresa May's deal that he shat all over repeatedly.

He's also going to be the first person to come up with a viable solution for the Irish border problem. Many have tried and no one has found a viable solution in three years, but Boris Johnson will.

I think it takes a special talent to be able to wipe over 20 MPs from your already wafer-thin majority without even needing to go through a general election.
