Ashes 2019
#1
I know there's a few posters on here with a love for cricket, as well as quite a few with a strong dislike Smile  Just wondered if those that fit in the former category managed to purchase any Ashes tickets yesterday via the Priority Window? I managed to get tickets for Day One & Day Two. The fact that it's the first test of the series makes it all the more special - Can't wait to give Smith & Warner pelters!

Fair play mate, love it me. Just sadly couldn't justify spending so much on a ticket.

The last match I went to was against The Saffers at Edgbaston, when we took (iirc) 1 wicket in the day and Graeme Smith scored about a million. (it felt like).  Wink

Best sporting competition of the lot, The Ashes; and that includes The Olympics and The World Cup. Nothing is like The Ashes.

Just my opinion; that's all.

Going to try in the public ballot when it opens next week. Didn't get any tickets for the World Cup though so I'm hoping I can get a ticket to this.

Remember all them bloody winter mornings of waking up to find Australia were something like 380 for 4 at the end of day one?
