I think, as we live in a democracy, we should take a board vote on whether to ban someone, rather than the attitude of “it’s my football and I’m going home”.

Well that sounds fair 

I think we should have a board vote on banning and then a further vote on the length of the ban.  By which time the banned poster will have created a new login and be voting to ban their old login
