Queue all the deluded fish eating cunts coming out of the wordwork proclaiming it was never in doubt, but I sense this is far from over. £5M might pay the wages this month, but there is still the football creditors and overheads to deal with, and then FFP.

I think I was guilty of getting myself excited by the prospect of their demise. Now I can see Villa seeing what has happened at PSG & thinking fool FFP.

They have an ideal start, all August games winnable so maybe a little caution required before we start thinking it’s all doom & gloom there.
