Not this year, although we usually have a few. Quite like them myself. Funny how some things are just "Christmas fodder" even though you could have them any time.

I worked with a bloke who swore his mother-in-law got the sprouts on in October to make sure they were properly soggy by Christmas.

Yes please. Personally prefer them soft, as not keen on el dente vegetables. Always think sprouts go really well with pigs in blankets. I'm so looking forward to Christmas Dinner now!
