If Slav doesn’t want him it’s better to let someone else pay for his services. His options were limited, but (certainly during the run-in) rarely did he grasp them. I thought he was too wasteful at times, maybe so did Slav.

Incredibly short sighted by us.
He is streets ahead of Edwards and Phillips and this smacks of Bilic digging his heels in and refusing to use him.
We are not exactly over stacked with players that can play AND put some effort in when things are going badly. Poor IMO.

For whatever reason,  it's been obvious since early Feb that the Grosicki deal just didn't work - it happens sometimes.
