I'd be more than happy if RS was replaced by ethics/socio-economic themes completely and all of these subjects were included (along with some elements of RS) in one lesson, no exam necessary. I know it has been dumbed down over the years but if I see my lad bring back RS homework along the subject of "What is a miracle?" then I'll end up putting his book through the shredder.
