Well no, not really. Suggesting this is any worse that day to day procurement by the public sector is a ridicuous assertion.

Well as an expert of economics, logistics, virus control, the NHS, liberty then we shall all bow to your better judgment. I like your jacket btw.

Care to expand or are you just keeping it vague to hide the obvious cover up of Tory policy to 'just pay the fucking money to my mates and don't ask questions'

He’s got to the imply that the opposing person doesn’t know what they are talking about and has doubled down on this assertion despite evidence to the contrary. The next step will be ignore, call me a name / get personal / imply I’m thick.

I have expanded on previous threads about my long experience of public sector procurement both within and outside the public sector.

I'm not sure why you're using quotation marks either.

Nor am I sure why you see me as some sort of Tory Party stooge when I've spent most of the last 12 weeks criticising the government for the lockdown, the Treasury response, the ridiculous schools closure, following science which isn't science, ignoring science that is science etc

And Derek, you never have evidence - just second hand second rate polemic.

You campaigned for a potential government cabinet with the likes of Johnson, Gove, Patel, Mogg and of course pulling the strings Cummings was acceptable. In fact up until this crisis you said you were more than comfortable with this. So trying to distance yourself from them now seems a little convenient / hollow.

You were inviting us to the Tory party gang bang a week ago and lets not forget you are actually campaigning to get the lockdown eased earlier citing success stories like Sweden. You've only been interested in science that agrees with your point of view throughout. Your pure thought was get the businesses open, fuck the consequences.

I won't apologise for being a rational optimist in a message board of hysterical pessimists.

Whatever floats your boat fellas.

Anyone who won't step back from any argument or admit error is, by definition, not rational.
