There'll be a lot of people writing off holidays this year. Big bucks for families.

Who would want to go, with having to self isolate for two weeks when you return home ?

Even Ryanair have just cancelled a flight I had to Spain on July 7th - though in typical Ryanair fashion they have not cancelled the return flight !!

Just recently had a refund of Jet2 as we were due to fly out to Lisbon last weekend.

Re-booked for October, although not with Jet2 as there outbound flight times had changed which weren't convenient.....
Just hoping there might be a bit more normality come October.

I may go to France for 2 weeks and spend two weeks in isolation there and then come back and spend two weeks in isolation here.

I see Jet 2 have said their holidays from July 1st are back on. I feel sorry for anyone booked with them who will have to to places likely to still be reeling from the pandemic.

I was supposed to be going to a wedding in August in Spain. To my amazement the bride announced that it is back on!
Her parents and siblings have booked flights. I can’t see who else will bother bearing in mind the obstacles that are likely. I certainly won’t be going due to that and the financial side of things having lost a fair bit of work.
