The internet time machine took a snapshot of old site early December last year. Although it will be very limited functionality, you should be able to copy and paste from it. Dunno how long it will last on there:

It looks like we've lost the samba thread though unless anyone knows how to retrieve it .   Sad Sad Sad

I'm a technophobe with retrieving links etc  but I typed in SambaApe into the Google search bar and the old thread from 2012 comes up.
Hopefully someone will be able to retrieve it if the most recent one can't be found and get it back in its rightful place.

Had a quick glance, the last place I could find that archived was on this link:

https://web.archive.org/web/201706260833...024&page=4

It was archived again in December, where it had 112 pages.

https://web.archive.org/web/201812091543...p?tid=1024

Hasn't archived all pages though. The backup of page 4 seems to be the latest one

That's great thanks it's a start anyway. I think we were up to about 8,600 unless anyone thinks differently

Hi Birdman, since the board has been back , i find i cant log in with my email address or password which i have had on this board for around 15 plus years.
My original user name was miked 2167, and now live in Australia since 1978.
My password was west brom1968.

I have had to get another membership (boing boing) just to get in touch with you, as when i tried to fill out the form for a new password
it wouldn't recognise my e mail address.

I would like my original details back please, can you help and fix?

Mike
