No, the people who pushed for a vote without any plan as to implement said vote followed by the people who decided not to ask parliament what they would accept before negotiating the deal are to blame. Not the MPs. This has consistently been an issue with the government, not MPs.
I would say Edmund Burke is rolling around in his grave but he's rolled around so much the last three years that he's probably bored a tunnel the length of the channel tunnel.
