OR
How about, Bilic is known for his honesty and straight talking, and the club hierarchy *must* have known that before appointing him, so surely they must know they have to take care of him and deliver on their promises, so actually we'll be OK?!

What's happening is we're trying to get targets and so far haven't. Soon we're going to be loosening the strings of our budgets in order to make some signings. Loan targets will come later in the window, permanents targeted first
