JT in the frame for Bristol job - Kit Kat Chunky - 07-06-2020

Christ on a bike. Why would you appoint him??

RE: JT in the frame for Bristol job - yeoman lai - 07-06-2020

The only reason would be his connections with Chelsea, which would see a few loanees next season, ala Lampard at Derby?

Yes he has connections, but he doesn't seem to have the tactical skills or commitment of Lampard. It will be interesting to see how it pans out.

Doesn't his mother like the Robins?

He may do well but he may not.

Connections in the game a bit like Lampard at Derby.

It might work, it might not. it's not an exact science and it's probably clouded by us all thinking he's a cunt, which he is.

We aren't alone in thinking that, Nick.

I guess it depends if he's clever and gets in a good, experienced number 2. If he does that then who knows. There is no doubt Lampard will give him the best Chelsea kids.

We see things like this and then it's questioned why there needs to be some kind of Rooney Rule? Madness.

So Bristol have to appoint someone who is black?.

If Bristol's person specification is to appoint someone who is well connected to a top 4 club, and can gain access to their youngsters on loan, then JT fits the bill.

I wouldn't have him personally, but I dont see what colour has to do with it. If Drogba applies and can access the Chelsea youth, then he is also a strong candidate. Big Dave might be a good shout witn his connections to our youth set up.

Jobs for the boys. Nothing changes. Repeat ad infinitum.
