PL teams want to play on previoisly defined grounds, not neutral - Fulham Fallout - 05-11-2020

If that gets approved then IMO it’s probably more likely the EFL will follow suit.

I dont, FF. Gate money is far more important in the EFL. Sure some teams in 7th - 10th will want to play, but most wont, I think.

Let Villa play at Sutton Coldfield.

PL have a big problem Sky and the BBC want refunds on money already paid for unplayed games (Reminomics best guess is £17 Million per club) the. I don't expect them to be stumping up any further payments either. This may have a impact on our parachute funding as well. Sticky times ahead.

When and where has this been reported?  Sky still hold the contract to show another 47 matches for this season and can do so when or if the season resumes. The only thing I have read is that the BBC have been muted to possibly show the others free to air.

For context, the gate receipts for our relatively small and undersized ground with our extremely attractive pricing was over £7m last season, the Championship TV money is £8m a year.

The EFL is done IMO. At best you’ll get playoffs behind closed doors.
